How Rewood Coordinates Partner-Factory Shipments Through Our Yiwu Export Warehouse

See how Rewood coordinates partner-factory goods, warehouse receiving, order consolidation and export loading through our Yiwu warehouse.

Partner-factory cartons loaded at Rewood Yiwu export warehouse

Not every homeware order follows the same manufacturing and shipping route.
Rewood’s core manufacturing capability focuses on bamboo and wooden houseware, including kitchenware, bathroom products, home organization, office accessories and selected garden products.
However, some customers also require complementary products, mixed-material items or broader homeware collections. For these projects, we can coordinate production and sourcing through selected partner factories.
This recent shipment is an example of how Rewood supports customers beyond direct bamboo and wood manufacturing.
The products were supplied by one of our partner factories and delivered to our Yiwu warehouse. Our team then coordinated the warehouse receiving, shipment preparation and truck loading process before the goods were dispatched.

Why This Shipment Was Handled Through Yiwu

Yiwu is an important sourcing, warehousing and logistics center for homeware and consumer products.
For goods produced by partner factories, arranging the shipment through our Yiwu warehouse can provide a more convenient and efficient route. It allows our team to receive the cartons at a central location, coordinate the loading schedule and communicate directly with the relevant factories and logistics providers.
Depending on the project, our Yiwu warehouse can support:
  • Receiving goods from partner factories
  • Confirming carton quantities
  • Coordinating shipping marks and packaging information
  • Consolidating products from different suppliers
  • Arranging truck loading and outbound transportation
  • Communicating with freight forwarders and logistics providers
For this shipment, our team coordinated the arrival of the goods and organized the loading process at the Yiwu warehouse.

Clear Manufacturing and Sourcing Responsibilities

We believe it is important to explain our supply structure clearly.
Products developed through Rewood’s bamboo and wood manufacturing resources are managed as manufacturing projects. These projects may include custom dimensions, structural development, surface finishing, logo application, packaging and production quality control.
Products supplied through selected partner factories are managed as sourcing and supply-chain coordination projects.
We do not describe partner-factory products as goods manufactured directly by our own factory.
This transparent approach allows customers to understand:
  • Which products are within Rewood’s core bamboo and wood manufacturing scope
  • Which products are supplied through qualified partner factories
  • Which services are handled by our Yiwu warehouse and export team
  • How different products can be coordinated under one project
For overseas buyers, this distinction is important when evaluating production capability, product responsibility and supply-chain risk.

One Point of Contact for Multi-Product Orders

Many importers, distributors and private-label brands do not purchase only one product.
A customer may require bamboo kitchenware, mixed-material storage products, packaging accessories and other related homeware items within the same collection.
Managing several factories separately can create additional work. Different suppliers may have different production schedules, carton requirements, packaging methods and shipping arrangements.
Rewood can act as one point of communication for selected multi-product projects.
Our team can help coordinate:
  • Product requirements
  • Quantities and production schedules
  • Logo and packaging information
  • Delivery arrangements
  • Warehouse receiving
  • Shipment consolidation
  • Export and logistics communication
This helps customers reduce the time required to communicate with multiple suppliers independently.

Supporting More Than Product Manufacturing

A successful export order requires coordination between several parties.
The factory must complete production. The packaging and shipping marks must match the buyer’s requirements. The goods must arrive at the warehouse according to the loading schedule. The freight forwarder and transport provider must also receive accurate information.
When these steps are not coordinated properly, even finished goods can be delayed.
Our role is to help connect the relevant factories, warehouse team, logistics providers and customer so that the shipment can move forward more efficiently.
For this recent project, the goods were successfully received and loaded through our Yiwu warehouse before being dispatched to the next stage of transportation.

Rewood’s Two-Part Supply Capability

Rewood supports customers through two complementary service areas.

Bamboo and Wood Houseware Manufacturing

Our core product scope includes bamboo and wooden products for:
  • Kitchen and dining
  • Bathroom and laundry
  • Home storage and organization
  • Office and workspace
  • Garden and outdoor living
We support OEM/ODM development, private-label packaging, custom logos and export quality control according to the project requirements.

Sourcing and Supply-Chain Coordination

For complementary products or categories outside our core production scope, we can evaluate suitable partner factories and coordinate the project through our sourcing and export team.
Where appropriate, goods can be delivered to our Yiwu warehouse for receiving, consolidation and shipment coordination.
This structure allows customers to develop a broader product range while maintaining one main communication channel.

Planning a Homeware Sourcing Project?

Customers can send us:
  • Product photos or drawings
  • Target quantities
  • Material requirements
  • Logo and packaging requirements
  • Destination country
  • Required delivery schedule
Our team will review the project and explain which products can be developed through our bamboo and wood manufacturing resources and which products may require partner-factory sourcing.
We aim to provide clear communication, practical supply-chain coordination and reliable export support throughout the project.
